Scleral Lenses

Scleral lenses are a large rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lens that covers the entire cornea landing on the conjunctiva and sclera.

The lens is very stable and can provide excellent protection, superb comfort and vision for irregular corneas.

Scleral lenses can be a great option where corneal specialty lenses are not viable such as in patients with corneal grafts, pellucid marginal degeneration, keratoconus, or people with severe dry eye conditions.
