The process to arrange an observership

1. Contact the surgeon where you would like to arrange an observership and register your interest with proposed dates

2. Please be aware that clinics are typically half-day sessions. Corneal clinics and operating sessions may not run every day.  

3. They will help you get the appropriate clearance to attend within the DHB.  This process will likely involve the DHB HR department and potentially a sign off from the Clinical Director for the department.
